Areas We Serve
Providing reliable pool service across the Coachella Valley.
Palm Desert
M&M's Pool Service is based in Palm Desert — this is home. We know the neighborhoods from the El Paseo corridor to Shadow Mountain, Ironwood Country Club, Palm Desert Greens, and the newer construction on the south side. Palm Desert has a heavy mix of year-round residents and seasonal snowbirds, and we handle both. When snowbirds head back in October, we do startup service to get pools swim-ready after sitting idle. When they leave in May, we keep maintaining so they come back to a clean pool, not a green one. Our central location makes it easy to reach every other Valley city, and most of our service calls in Palm Desert are under 10 minutes from the shop.
View detailsCathedral City
Cathedral City sits right next to Palm Desert, and we service pools throughout the area — from the Cathedral City Cove neighborhood to the Date Palm Drive corridor and the newer developments going up. Cat City has a good mix of affordable housing and newer construction, with several large HOA communities that have shared pools. A lot of first-time pool owners end up here, and Mauricio is patient with folks who are new to pool ownership. He'll walk you through what your pool needs, show you things you didn't know to look for, and answer every question. That's not a sales pitch — customers have said exactly that in their reviews.
View detailsRancho Mirage
Rancho Mirage is west of Palm Desert with high-end homes in communities like Thunderbird Heights, The Springs, Rancho Las Palmas, and the Tamarisk country club area. Heavy snowbird population means seasonal startup and shutdown service is a big part of what we do here. Rancho Mirage homeowners who spend half the year somewhere else need someone they can trust to keep their pool maintained while they're gone — and to have it ready when they come back. M&M's handles that. We service private pools and HOA pools throughout Rancho Mirage, and we're used to the premium service expectations that come with this community. Larger, more complex pool and spa setups are common here, and Mauricio handles them all.
View detailsIndian Wells
Indian Wells has the highest home values in the Coachella Valley, with communities like Vintage Club, Eldorado, Renaissance, The Reserve, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden area. The pools here tend to be larger, the equipment more complex, and the expectations higher. Many homes have pool-spa-water feature combinations that require someone who knows what they're doing. M&M's services Indian Wells homeowners with the same hands-on attention we give everyone — Mauricio evaluates in person, quotes honestly, and does the work himself. The difference is just the scale and complexity of the equipment, and we're comfortable with all of it.
View detailsLa Quinta
La Quinta is golf country — PGA West, Tradition, The Citrus, and the La Quinta Resort area all have homes with pools that need regular service. Many homes here have pool-spa combos, and the newer construction in south La Quinta has modern equipment that benefits from a technician who stays current. The Santa Rosa Mountains create a wind shadow on La Quinta's east side, which means slightly less wind debris than the western Valley cities, but date palm landscaping drops plenty of organic material into pools year-round. M&M's services La Quinta weekly and handles everything from routine chemical balancing to equipment repairs and green pool recovery.
View detailsIndio
Indio is the fastest-growing city in the Coachella Valley, with newer developments in Shadow Hills, Terra Lago, and Plantation bringing a lot of first-time pool owners into the area. Larger lot sizes and newer construction standards mean the pools are often well-built but the owners are brand new to pool care. M&M's works with a lot of first-time owners in Indio — Mauricio explains what your pool needs, sets up a maintenance schedule, and keeps things running so you don't have to think about it. Date palm debris is a constant in Indio, and the slightly different water quality in some older areas means chemical balancing requires local knowledge.
View detailsPalm Springs
Palm Springs has mid-century homes with original pools that are 40 to 60 years old, plus a huge vacation rental market with Airbnb and VRBO hosts who need reliable weekly service. M&M's experience with rental properties — servicing property managers with 50-plus homes — makes us a strong fit for Palm Springs hosts who can't afford a missed week. Older plumbing systems in historic districts need a technician who won't just phone it in, and the wind exposure from the San Gorgonio Pass dumps more debris into Palm Springs pools than almost anywhere else in the Valley. M&M's handles it all, from maintaining vintage pools to keeping vacation rentals guest-ready every week.
View detailsDesert Hot Springs
Desert Hot Springs sits at a higher elevation than the rest of the Valley, and the natural mineral water here affects pool chemistry differently than in other Coachella Valley cities. The DHS water district's mineral content means chemical balancing requires adjustments that a technician unfamiliar with the area might miss. M&M's services Desert Hot Springs pools regularly and understands how the local water quality impacts chlorine demand, calcium levels, and overall balance. The community is growing with a mix of older homes and newer construction, and we work with homeowners across all of it.
View detailsCoachella
Coachella is on the east end of the Valley with newer housing developments bringing in families who are often buying their first home with a pool. The pools tend to be newer construction with modern equipment, but the owners are frequently new to pool ownership and need someone who can set them up right from the start. M&M's works with first-time pool owners in Coachella to establish a maintenance routine and handle any issues that come up during the break-in period for new pools. Water quality considerations on the east end of the Valley are slightly different, and Mauricio adjusts his chemical approach accordingly.
